A fifteenth worker completed the information using an on-line survey tool. Workers completing the information were: 13 Personal Development Coordinators, one Social worker and one Cognitive Behavioural Therapist Practitioner. This information was gathered by the Opportunity Nottingham in-house evaluation team.
