From Monday 25th September 2017 we are unable to accept new referrals for a short period of time (approximately four weeks). If you have made a referral before this date, it will be processed as normal.
This is due to a high current caseload and an unprecedented demand for our service, which reflects the need for intensive support for those experiencing multiple needs across the country. This period of time will enable us to continue to support existing Beneficiaries on the programme to the best of our ability, and ensure each Beneficiary receives the level of support they require.
We will not be able to process any referrals made during this period. Therefore, if you do make a referral within the next four weeks you will need to resubmit it when we are able to accept referrals again. An exact date will be confirmed on this page in the coming weeks.
Where a self-referral is made, we will aim to offer support and advice via phone. This will include signposting to other services which may be able to support the individual.
