The project will consider how women with multiple needs are being supported in areas where coordinated interventions have been developed. Certain factors will be considered including:
- women as a proportion of caseload
- how the needs of women experiencing multiple needs differ from the needs of men
- how services are working cross-sector to support women facing multiple needs.
A short report will be released in February 2017 to summarise the findings of the research.
This piece of work is being led by Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM), which is a unique coalition of national charities - Clinks, Homeless Link and Mind – focusing on adults facing multiple needs and exclusions.
