Changing the System’s DNA

Further Information on System Change

System Change Across England

We are one of 12 projects across England specifically commissioned to support people facing Severe and Multiple Disadvantage (SMD), as part of The National Lottery Community Fund Fulfilling Lives Programme. Each project is working towards system change in their local area and more information on the programme can be found here

Dedicated Research

CFE Research is the national evaluation partner for the Fulfilling Lives Programme. They have conducted extensive research into SMD and system change, and penned numerous reports during the life of the programme, all of which can be read here

The National Picture

MEAM (Making Every Adult Matter) is a coalition of national charities – Clinks, Homeless Link, Mind and associate member Collective Voice. Working collaboratively, the team supports local areas to develop effective, coordinated services that directly improve the lives of people facing Severe and Multiple Disadvantage (SMD). Further information including the latest policy news can be found here
